1. About Rehydra+

Rehydra+ (“Rehydra+,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wellness company offering IV therapy, weight loss programs, men’s health services, and related treatments through our website at www.rehydraplus.com. We work with independent, licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy partners to deliver these services to our patients.

It’s important to understand that Rehydra+ provides a platform and wellness services — we are not a hospital or primary care provider, and our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or your ongoing relationship with your personal physician.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

Our services are available to adults who are 18 years of age or older and reside in a state or region where our services are offered. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You also agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself and your health history. Inaccurate information can affect the quality and safety of your care — so please be honest.

3. Not Emergency Medical Care

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Rehydra+ is not an emergency service. Our providers are not available on-call 24/7 for urgent medical situations. Please do not use our platform to seek care for anything that requires immediate, in-person attention.

4. Telehealth & Provider Services

Some of our services involve consultations with licensed healthcare providers via telehealth. By using these services, you understand and acknowledge the following:

• Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare remotely, using electronic communication tools.
• Your provider will review your health information and, in their professional judgment, determine whether telehealth is appropriate for your situation. They may determine that in-person care is more suitable for you.
• The provider-patient relationship established through our platform is limited to the services being provided. It does not replace your relationship with your primary care physician or other specialists.
• You are responsible for keeping your primary care provider informed about any treatments you receive through Rehydra+.
• Our providers may decline to prescribe medications or recommend treatments if they determine it is not clinically appropriate for you.

5. Prescription Medications & Pharmacy Services

If a prescription is issued through our platform, it will be sent to our affiliated pharmacy partner for fulfillment. By using our services, you agree to the following:

• Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the licensed provider reviewing your case.
• Medications are compounded or dispensed based on your individual treatment plan and are not returnable once shipped (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).
• You are responsible for reviewing your treatment plan in full before beginning any medication.
• You agree to use prescription medications only as directed and to inform your provider of any side effects or concerns.
• You understand that results from any treatment may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Your Account

To access certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us right away.

Please keep your account information — including your shipping address and health history — current and accurate.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Pricing for our services and products will be clearly presented before you complete a purchase. Some of our services are offered on a subscription or membership basis with automatic renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

We are not enrolled with Medicare, Medicaid, or any commercial insurance plans. All payments are self-pay. If you have questions about pricing or billing, our team is happy to help.

8. Cancellations

For subscription services, you may cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned (see our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details).

9. No Insurance

Rehydra+ and our affiliated providers do not accept health insurance for our wellness and telehealth services. All charges are the responsibility of the patient. We recommend checking with your insurance provider if you have questions about potential reimbursement.

10. Intellectual Property

Everything on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and overall design — belongs to Rehydra+ or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do our best to provide accurate information and quality services, but we can’t guarantee that everything on our platform is always error-free or up to date. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Health outcomes depend on many individual factors, and we do not guarantee specific results from any treatment or product.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rehydra+ and its affiliated providers, partners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehydra+, its affiliates, providers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate health or personal information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any updates means you’ve accepted the revised Terms.
